Returns
If you would like to return your purchased t-shirt for any reason, the policy lasts 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can no longer be offered or processed. 

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Lider x Falouer reserves the right to reject a refund for visible signs of wear. 

To complete your return, please send the merchandise to the return address provided in your packing slip. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Lider x Falouer will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please email lxf@liderxfalouer.com. 

Shipping
To return your t-shirt, please mail it to the return address provided in your packing slip.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your t-shirt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping merchandise over $25, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lider x Falouer does not guarantee that it will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
At this time, Lider x Falouer does not offer any exchanges. If you are unhappy with your t-shirt, Lider x Falouer will offer a full refund upon receipt of the unused item per the refund policy.
